How can I pay for the service?
We want to make everything and easy and convenient for all our customers. On the booking period, we’ll ask you to provide your credit card details. This will be considered as your preferred payment. Then, 2-3 days before your scheduled appointment, we will place a hold on the amount but don’t worry the final charge will always happen after the service has been rendered.
Do you send the same professional house cleaners each time?
If you have a preferred professional house cleaner, we’ll do our best to send the same cleaner for every appointment that you have with us. But there are factors that are out of our control, so if the cleaner you requested is not available, we’ll let you know ahead of time, and we can send you another cleaner or you can opt to change the schedule instead.
What cleaning products are you using?

We know how busy you are with other things that matter more, that is why we came up with this idea. Cleaning your home should never interfere on your daily life and routine. Do I need to be home once the cleaner comes?
Yes, definitely! We do need to be informed if you have pets at home, and we want to know their name as well. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information to be included on your work order.
